About Us

I founded Brown Fox + Co. in 2024, after spending ten years at a boutique executive search firm leading the investment banking practice.

Prior to a career in search, I spent 16 years running HR for Investment Banking at a global bulge bracket firm where I bought millions of dollars of retained search on an annual basis. Some of that search product was very good while a significant portion was not.

I’ve developed a particular view on how to best help clients with their critical needs and today I leverage that experience for a short list of boutiques and banks focused on both middle market and large cap clients. We also aim to treat candidates in a way that makes them want to have a long term relationship with us.
